Bronte sees executive chef Andrew Lassetter and head chef Guy Betteridge join to give us a modern British and Asian inspired menu.
For breakfast and brunch, Bronte's dishes include buttermilk and blueberry pancakes with crème fraîche and blueberry compote; hot smoked salmon with scrambled duck eggs on sourdough; and smashed avocado and poached eggs on sourdough toast with balsamic roasted Heritage tomatoes and a smothering of yuzu hollandaise.
A signature Bao bun is the highlight in the cafe with aromatic crispy duck or chilli chicken katsu on offer. In the Dining Room our Tomahawk sharing steak for two is a must try or for something a little lighter our miso black cod certainly hits the spot.
Pre theatre menu is available Monday-Saturday from 12pm until 6.30pm.
