Bronte sees executive chef Andrew Lassetter deliver a menu inspired by the Pacific; Modern European dishes with strong hints of Asia.
For breakfast and brunch, Bronte's dishes include buttermilk and blueberry pancakes with crème fraîche and blueberry compote; hot smoked salmon with scrambled duck eggs on sourdough; and smashed avocado and poached eggs on sourdough toast with balsamic roasted Heritage tomatoes and a smothering of yuzu hollandaise.
Lunch and dinner menus include a rare breed beef burger with chilli miso, quinoa onion rings and baby gem in a brioche bun; and grilled sea bass dressed with fresh watermelon, wild garlic, samphire salad and rhubarb ketchup.
The Theatre menu is available Wednesday to Friday for lunch from 12pm until 2.30pm, dinner from 5pm until 6.15pm (last order at 6.30pm) and from 10pm onwards. Saturday the menu is available only for dinner from 5pm until 6.15pm (last orders at 6.30pm) and from 10pm onwards.
